FCI4Africa will launch two distinct open calls (OCs) to provide financial support to third parties for at least 12 projects, as a mechanism to boost the projects' overall impact. Open Call (OC) 2 targets innovation hubs to provide online training for the use cases and projects selected under the 1st OC. These hubs will offer mentoring and support for accelerating innovative business concepts, including those focused on social innovation and upscaling. The 2nd OC will launch in March 2027, with the selected beneficiaries implementing their ideas between October 2027 and June 2028.
