A Professor of Food Science and Technology and former Dean of Postgraduate School at Bells University of Technology, Ota. I have over 40 years of experience in Agriculture, Food and Nutrition working in various sectors of Research, Academics, Industry, Business and Development. I have held various General Management positions in Industry in Technical, Production and Commercial roles in Cadbury Nigeria Plc and later Honeywell Flour Mills Limited, Lagos, where I left as Director of Quality Assurance. I am presently also the Executive Director of the Consumer Advocacy for Food Safety and Nutrition Initiative, CAFSANI, based in Lagos. I am a Certified Lead Auditor and I have a special passion for Training of SMEs in Business Nutrition and Food Safety Awareness for regulatory compliance and also for meeting consumer expectations.
