My business essentially fish processing. In particular processing of aqua culture and articinal fishes into smoked and dried fish in various products that range from whole fish rings, fish fillets, fish crackers and fish powder among others. The idea came as a result of pain experienced by aquaculture famers in my vicinity at Alimosho which is the largest aquaculture cluster in Lagos state. Many of the farmers have challenge of feed cost which become pronounce by low sales upon attaining grow out as well abscence of storage facility thereby resulting in income loss and in some cases going out of business.
