Unique Condiments was developed based on improving local condiments such as locust beans. Locust beans is local condiments mostly used in African countries and has lot of nutritional benefits. The company has the vision of converting the local condiment into the dried and powdered form in an hygienic environment, which has started. It's all done to reduce the offensive fermentation odour without altering it's nutritional benefits. This has given a convenient access for it being exported outside it's locality. The company aims at 100% hygienic environment during it's processing.
