Maizey UG is a Ugandan agricultural supply platform working to build more reliable, fair, and resilient food systems by connecting smallholder farmers to structured markets. Through a hub-based aggregation model, Maizey organizes farmer networks to supply quality-controlled grain to processors, feed manufacturers, and regional buyers. The company addresses major food system challenges including fragmented supply chains, post-harvest losses, aflatoxin risks, and limited market access for farmers. By promoting transparent weighing practices, improved drying methods, and stronger buyer–farmer linkages, Maizey helps farmers earn more while ensuring consistent supply for markets.
