Victoria Seeds Limited (VSL) is a full line seed company founded in 2004 for the purpose of disseminating improved quality seeds to small–holder farmers in Uganda .At the time the founder Josephine Okot believed that the development and dissemination of high yielding seed varieties was the primary technological force that can drive up crop productivity and hence the need for a robust seed market in Uganda.
