I am into cat fish processing (or smoking) and packaging for sale. It is an aquaculture value chain business which is directly under the processing segment. This business is centered at purchasing sizable fresh cat fish from reputable fish farms and thereby hygienically process them by degutting, cleaning or washing in brine in order to achieve an unslimery cat fish. After this we allow the fish to pass through the heated smoking kiln for thorough reduction of water order to achieve dry weight and to give it a delicate taste. After cooling, they are thereafter packaged, branded and sold out to the market or customers.
